Abstract

The article is devoted to the comparison of the current and future situation of the career situation’s representations of the 3-4 courses university students. The authors present the result of the biennial (2009-2010) empirical research of “anchors” career of the economic and managerial profile’s students, detect the contradictions of the career attitudes, offer the options to remove these contradictions.

The study was conducted in an integrated program of study and development of professional and career skills of the university’s students. The article presents the results of two methods: the first (classical) is “Career Anchors” (by E. Shane), the second is mod-skilled technique of “career anchors for Students” (by A. Novgorodov, E. Mogilevkin).
